CirKa Wired Controller for Nintendo GameCube & Wii – Dual Analog Joysticks, Vibration Feedback, Pressure-Sensitive Buttons – Clear

Rumble and triggers work, sticks don't feel great but can be lubed if you're comfortable opening it. Buttons are surprisingly good. Hard to argue with the price-point. You'll need sandpaper if you're buying this as a cheap shell for something like an 8bitdo DIY kit,or for an OEM controller's guts. The well in the back shell for the rumble motor needs some support plastic removed (CirKa motor is smaller than OEM) and the post for the C stick's board needs thinned out for an OEM board to slip over it properly.

Cable length is 64” in. buttons are good quality, but C stick is a bit wobbly but thats alright for the cheap price. and it’s easy to use out of the box, and the rumble feels nice. You can use this for gamecube, wii, and anything that has a gamecube connector. I usually play Mario Kart Wii and some gamecube games too. The transparent design is really cool cause you can see all of the components in the controller. Overall really good!

Wonderful Controller! It actually came sooner than expected! Buttons work good, rumble feels good. However, the x and y button's do feel a bit more loose not to much of a problem though. For the "Arrived Broken" part, the first picture I uploaded shows the controller is a bit open around where the cord is. Besides that it's an excellent controller.

I just dont think the triggers have sensitivity on them like og gamecube controllers. It's hard to explain, games like super Mario sunshine need you to press down a little to keep moving while shooting water and running so there is some sensitivity, you just cant feel it when clicking and need to be meticulous. The joystick is also extremely stiff compared to the original gamecube controllers so I just went back to my original controllers even if the sticks are utterly destroyed. At least the sticks are usable.

Plugged right into my GameCube. Will update eventually. Well made case.

This controller became unusable after three games of melee I have never seen a controller automatically input full control stick and c stick motions, much less after six minutes out of the box The worst part is I play marth, so my opponents thought a controller that every second inputs a down smash f smash, dair or fair, makes you roll and spot dodge immediately in shield- was just a normal marth playstyle there is no pattern to the inputs, they occur even if I take my hands off the controller, the screen flickers and cursor moves on the normal menu You could sabotage your friend by giving them this, but the sticks are so stiff they'd know immediately unless they were drunk or had never used a gamecube controller before I have to wonder if the product is this bad on purpose, because if it was like this by accident I'd expect it to fall apart immediately, or to have one trait that, by the normal distribution, is acceptably usable The L and R triggers are mushy and wobble despite having a linear casing, the Z button is a stiff on/off button that sticks on the bottom like a television remote from 2003 where the plastic melts back into resin, the A,B,X&Y easily have double a stroke depth of an OEM controller and give you a ton of resistance at the top before dropping like a pit trap, even the start button has the fitment of a british car from the 1980s, the d pad has a huge amount of resistance then all four directions press because the force to register one input will sink the whole thing, lastly the analog stick and the C stick are stiff enough it takes 2-3 times the force to go all the way to the left or right than an OEM controller- you would be able to just commit to doing full inputs, but as I said, they immediately started hallucinating full dashes and smash attacks like MarthGPT2 was playing for me, after three games Actually bad enough to delist the product as defective

Controller itself works great. No snapback, good cardinals, and very little input lag. It does feel a little flimsier than an original, but for the price that's an acceptable drawback. More importantly, everything but the screws and Z-button is parts compatible with older OEM controllers, making this a great cost-effective donor for repairing 1st party GCCs.

If you just want a cheap controller for non-serious stuff... Then this will work okay. If you're looking for this as a cheap alternative to an official controller for stuff like competitive Smash Bros... Spend the extra money on the official controller. This has nowhere near the build quality you'll need for consistent play, and will probably break pretty quickly (Especially if you play Melee). If you're looking at this as a potential clear controller shell... It won't work with the official controller's insides, sadly. The links to the official controllers can be found below!
