I just ordered this Omega-3 fish oil supplement. The softgels have a really bad bitter taste and really hard to swallow. Was wondering if anyone else had same issue with this brand. Update: the brand provided an excellent service and offered me a full refund for this purchase.

So, I've been taking this particular brand now for over 3 years. I was taking one pill a day for a year to see if it would help with my LDL which statins did not bring down. My doctor told me to up my dosage to the recommended two pills a day...and in 3 months my LDL was in healthy range for the first time in my life. My views on cholesterol have changed over the years...I no longer take statins, but I now make sure that this fish oil and K2/D3 supplementation are key to my long term health. Remember, studies show that people on statins for over 10 years still only gain 1 to 2 days of life when it is all said and done. In other words, sort of worthless. Either way, this was brand proved to work...meaning the quality is great. There are many reasons other than cholesterol to take fish oil pills...and that's why I continue to use this brand.

No fish taste. I reordered and discovered this order is 1400 mg pills. My previous order and description states 1500 mg pills. I don’t know if 100 mg difference is anything at all. And the pills are dull in color unlike the 1500 mg pills that were very clear. Seems to still be a good deal.

My husband has taken fish oil pills for years, so he ordered these Omega 3 Fish Oil Pills to try. You get 60 pills in a bottle which means this is a 1 month supply. A serving is two liquid filled capsules. They are low calorie (20). They are very easy to swallow. He takes his with food in the morning. His only complaint is that sometimes if he “burps” (can’t think of another way to describe it), it does taste a little fishy. Only time will tell if these will improve my husband’s cognitive thinking, but overall he is satisfied.

While these meet the nutritional requirements I was looking for they are huge. Will not buy again for this reason. Back to searching for a good product.
