Closure lock doesn’t work this is the second dispenser that I have purchased and the both of them have the same fault.

I was surprised this dispenser didn't have any clingfilm in it, but then I realised it's multipurpose and the seller wouldn't know your intended use. Easy to overcome I would have thought, ask the question on the order form. It meant we had to then order clingfilm refills before we could use it. We've used it once but the lid is such a difficult fit ,the plastic lug that holds the lid closed has broken so the lid doesn't stay shut. All in all not impressed and wouldn't buy another.

Update on this product, after 10 months domestic kitchen use the lug that hold the machine shut has broken of, now it doesn’t shut, stupidity thin plastic.
