I absolutely love this lipstick! It stays on for hours without fading or cracking. I originally got one in an Ipsy bag and ordered here when it ran out.The order arrived quickly but without the promised sharpener. I reached out to the seller, who apologized and explained the sharpeners were on back order. They promised to send one ASAP. Not only did I receive the sharpener the next week, they also sent another lipstick with it which I thought was super considerate and kind!So the customer service here is absolutely FIVE STARS. The reason for the four star review is that the sharpener itself is garbage. It’s a Hard Candy sharpener and it mutilated my lipstick. Like, half of the lipstick is gone because it tore it up so badly. That’s really disappointing because I was hoping to get my money’s worth out of the product. I’m probably going to try and find a different sharpener that works better because this one just isn’t it.

This lipstick is matte and is amazing. It stays on your lips for quite some time until you need to filll it again. However, sometimes I don't even need to fill it out again until I get home. My only suggestion is to make sure that you are using some type of lip balm before applying and I still occasionally reapply on top when my lips are drying out. Overall, I will never switch back to a lipstick.

Bought it for the name but love the color and wear. Claire Redfield is a gorgeous bright red with a neutral undertone that should look great on anyone. It reminds me of a less pink version of NARS Dragon Girl and a slightly less intense version of MAC Russian Red.The formula is super comfortable and light. It’s not hydrating after a few hours but doesn’t feel dry or look flaky like some matte lipsticks/pencils. Wear down is impressive as well, it fades and transfers slightly but leaves a stain behind so the inner parts of your lips still have color and don’t look gross if you can’t reapply.Very impressed with this lip crayon! And the included sharpener is wonderful. I have several sharpeners already but it’s always great to have another and it’s cool of the brand to include one in case customers don’t have one the crayon will fit in already.

Very pretty color

I absolutely love this color on me. Great color, great application, stays on quite well. Comes brand new in sealed packaging. 3 stars though because this is the second one I’ve bought that did not come with a sharpener and it states that it does come with one. Going to have to find a new brand that doesn’t require a sharpener.

Shiny on ur lips not mat look super quality go for it color suits everyone
