Je fais de l'huile pimentée avec, genre huile à pizza, excellent produit. Je casse les piments, je les mets dans un petit pot avec couvercle, je remplis d'huile d'olive et c'est fini. Exploitable au bout de 10 jours, dosage suivant vos goûts. Excellents piments ! Attention pour les non initiés, ils sont très forts

És perfecte: prepares un sofregit, escalfes salsa de tomàquet, cous arròs i després el passes per la paella amb verduretes... sempre amb un o dos d'aquests pebrotet secs una mica cuits prèviament amb una glopet d'oli. T'hi donaran el punt picantó necessari. Vénen en una bossa que no és la de la foto: arriba en una bossa opaca que protegeix els pebrots de la llum i que es pot tancar hermèticament una vegada n'has tret els pebrotets que necessites.

Très bon piment, il y a les piments aromatiques et les chaleureux, ceux qui nous apportent la puissance nécessaire à un délicieux plat mijoté Indien. C'est ce que ce dernier apporte, mais n'oubliez pas les aromatiques, pour une saveur inimitable que l'on ne trouve que là bas, si on ne fait pas les bons choix
