Very Good ...But!
This is a silly review...but may be helpful. The package contains two bags of flour, each about a pound each. But the individual pack says 2.2 lbs, or 1000 grams. So if you are an amateur baker like me, and the recipe for italian bread calls for 4 cups of flour, or 500 grams, you'd think half a bag would be correct. Luckily I figured it out beforehand and used one whole bag instead of only half a bag. Other than that, the flour looked good, not clumpy or contaminated. Quality product.

Consistently excellent.
I regularly make fresh pasta, and this is an essential ingredient. I always have it on hand. I use 165 g. semolina, 135 g. all-purpose, 1 tsp salt, varying amount not to exceed 3/4 c. hot water, and it makes perfect pasta dough. We only eat organic, so this fits the bill perfectly. Works very well with my Atlas.

Lovely Organic Italian Flour!
Very nice quality product from Italy! Love that it's organic! Love that it's from "the old country," as my grandmother used to say. And especially love the flavor and texture it brings to my homemade pastas and pizza crusts. Nice golden-hue too! I've purchased a number of different Molina Grassi products over the years and have always received fresh high quality ingredients! I store all my flour products in glass containers with air-tight lids to maintain their freshness. Very pleased and highly recommend if you're looking to bring something special to your recipes!

Horrible and you can’t return 😡 I am going to raise hell for me and all the people on this Amazon chat reviews that got bad flour from this seller. This must stop.Amazon needs to protect their costumers.

Very good quality
I enjoy making homemade pasta and was glad to find organic, non-gmo semolina. The lasagna noodles came out great and not at all gritty.

product expiration date was well into the future flour and paper bag was well sealed and contained outer bag was tightly wrapped keeping contents fresh and safe from damage and contamination

Be sure you freeze it!
This was delicious and a great product. However, like most organic products it does develop insects if you don't kill the eggs. In the future I will freeze it for a week in the deep freeze to kill off any insect eggs.
