Colour Expert Omegaplex Hair Dye, Number 8.65, Medium Caramel Blonde 2 Pack

This hair product was the best I have ever used. I love schwartzkofp hair colour & normally buy 8.86 for root regrowth but the sun has lightened it a bit, so bought 8.65 which is darker than it appears on the box, just for the root regrowth, the main thing is the mixture is thick ( not runny ) and odourless, made my roots shiny too & left it in great condition, really recommend this product above all other top brands, as I have tried them all over the years - thank you 😀

First impressions: On the hair colour 'stink' scale, this scored well - neither too heavily scented, nor too ammonia-ish. I applied using a brush just to the roots. Colour: My shoulder-length hair is an auburn-ish light brown with a few pesky greys in the fringe and mid parting, and lengths which are streaked blonde courtesy of an active outdoors job. This toasted blonde absolutely isn't blonde - it didn't lighten my hair at all, and actually added some deeper reddish auburn tones. Having read previous reviews, I fully expected this, and because my hair isn't one solid colour overall, and I applied it carefully with a brush on the roots only, then blended it in slightly using a comb, it works fine for me. Four weeks on: It's faded slightly to blend really well with my natural colour and the previously sun-lightened or coloured lengths and ends and has continued to tone the greys in, giving a good overall auburnish, mid-caramel colour. Ease of use: Although the packaging is Eastern European, the typed English instructions included were clear. I used a plastic bowl to mix the colour - which I always do even when a mixing bottle is included. Overall, my hair has been in great condition (no small feat when one is 53 and extremely peri-menopausal!!). The colour has held well, and the reviver conditioner used after three weeks actually did perk things up (tip - unless your hair is longer than shoulder length, you should be able to stretch this to two uses). Great value at the price for two packs.

Colour did not turn out like I thought shown on box but the colour was better then I expected

Colour didnt end up as I expected, much darker shade. Didnt like the foreign directions.

This colour covered my grey roots really well and toned down the colour of my hair which was getting to light.
