I was looking for something different to enhance the flavor of some of the dishes I make. This product gets two thumbs up great taste suttle heat large container you will appreciate only after you taste it. It is a little on the thicker side not runny at all.

The Thai Sweet Chili Sauce is good. Sweet and mildly spicy. I would like it spicier. Much more spicy. I really knock a star off because of the nozzle container. There are seeds or other ingredients in the sauce the ALWAYS clog the nozzle. Rocket science designs nozzles that handle 2000F temps but this company cannot design one that lets the pepper seeds pass through when squeezing the sauce out. Oh well...

I ordered this as I was looking for something that rivals Trader Joe's Sweet Chili Sauce (which you will pay an arm and a leg for on Amazon) as I'm not able to get there myself.. This comes pretty darn close. It's has just enough spice for those not able to handle much heat, and not too sweet. If I want it a little more spice, I just add a bit of Sriracha sauce. I ordered this as well as their Sweet and Sour Sauce. I gave that 1 star as it was totally tasteless. Don't know how one company can make two totally opposing products. UPDATE: I am changing my review to 3 stars instead of 4, as the move I use it, the less I like it. Like the Sweet and Sour Sauce, it has a strange almost savory back taste that I can't put my finger on. While I poured the Sweet and Sour Sauce down the sink, I will still use this, but mainly for stir fry dishes and not so much for dipping.
