The Biomesight gut microbiome test was easy to use, with clear instructions and a quick turnaround. The results are detailed yet easy to understand, providing real insights into my gut health. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to take control of their wellbeing.

The test kit is very eay to use , and in weeks, you will know your detailed result and also you will know what you need to take to optimize your gut health. . I also like the stool catcher which helps with collection of the sample. The previous kit from different company was not so reliable and very hard to use. This kit is simple and very reliable, I will recommend to use this kit.

The delivery was super quick and product was very easy and straightforward. Got the results in a pdf format and it was very detailed regarding information about my gut health and what food I should reduce/increase. Overall, a very pleasant experience and will deffo redo one next year to see my progress.

I was able to get the pdf report by email and they updated the findings which is more in line with what my body feels, so I increase the rating: Their response" Many of our sections you will note is in “beta” stage, essentially meaning that we add new research findings and also update the algorithms behind it as we learn more. In the case of the intolerances, we did change the formula for identifying outliers, which is why yours changed to Poor. You could already see that your value was significantly lower than the median and the middle 50%. At the time, we only highlighted values as needing improvement when they were 2 standard deviations from the median. You can generate a PDF from the dashboard view by selecting the “Printer friendly overview link”, waiting for the file to generate and then selecting Print – Save as PDF (These are the instructions for Chrome – it might be different for other browsers). Biomesight has been essential to my journey in overcoming SIBO and MCAS and now as I'm pregnant helping me navigate my pregnancy and ensure I pass on a healthy microbiome. Need to know: this test doesn't test directly for fungus, viruses or parasites. The 16S technology is most useful when it comes to providing broad ecology level information. And it is incredibly reliable for longterm tracking of beneficial microbes. Definitely recommend at least for your first time to book in with practitioner as you'll get more out of it.
