After buying the book for myself, I wanted my daughters to have a copy. Awesome book!
This book is so much more than I had hoped for! It has a lot of good information in the first few chapters, healthy snack ideas, & includes shopping lists for each week. Very easy to follow, easily adjustable recipes. I'm on the first week still so I've only tried a few of the recipes so far, but they've all been very tasty!

Lots of recipes
So many recipes to choose from, I love this book so glad I brought it.

Not so easy to read.
I like the book and it is a lot thicker than I thought it would be. Has tons of information on healthy eating. The only thing that is difficult to read is the recipes that are written in lighter colors, especially those in yellow. The print in black on each page stands out and is very easy to read, but the recipes printed up in smaller print and much lighter colors are very hard on the eyes and difficult to read. There is too much difference between the larger black introduction and the smaller pastel colors used for the ingredients. Cute, but difficult to read.

Highly recommend
I love this book!!! It is full of valuable information. It gives a shopping list weekly. I am obsessed with organization, and this book keeps track of a few different things, so I don't have to. Highly recommend!

east to use recipies
i ordered this book for summertime snacks these instructions are easy to read and use you can also make extra and put in the fridge they also give the calories so you can pick the one you like i read the whole book when it came in the mail i put a marker on the pages that i wanted to try this has been a fun time making these smoothies in recommend this book

Way more than just smoothies!!!
This isn’t just a smoothie cookbook! It’s so so much more! Wonderfully written and filled with tons of practical advice and tips for an overall healthy lifestyle. The smoothies are easy to make, don’t cost a fortune in ingredients and are delicious! I highly recommend!

A great book and just as advertised
I needed to get rid of a few (okay, some) COVID pounds and I love smoothies but I wasn't sure I was making the right kind and if my portions were right. I sat down and read through the whole book before I started. It's a great shot in the arm as a reminder to eat healthy and It includes a ton of great smoothie recipes which have helped me to see what to combine to be healthy and satisfied. It's just what I needed and I'm chugging through trying lots of the recipes and - yes, losing weight, too!

I decided to go on a meal replacement diet and my daughter-in-law showed me this recipe book when I told her I was doing that. After looking through the recipes I immediately ordered the Kindle version. The ingredients are normal things and so far all that I've tried have been delicious and easy to put together!

Really difficult to find the ingredients in the UK. I’ve tried ASDA, Tesco, Morrison’s, M&S etc and can’t find or get Dragon Fruit, Chocolate Hemp Protein Powder, Siggis Whole Milk Vanilla Yoghurt (whatever that is) and Hemp Seeds for week 1. I’ve had to try and buy most products online but it’s really difficult and expensive for week 1 never mind any of the other weeks! I wouldn’t recommend buying if your in the UK, it’s probably a lot easier and cheaper to get a smoothie book from the UK all the measurements are in ounces too! I didn’t realise this was an American book otherwise I wouldn’t have purchased. I’ve never done a smoothie type of slim down plan before so I don’t even know UK alternatives for the products I can’t find or what I am supposed to be using!

At first, you'll be all excited to slim down this way then quickly discover you hate smoothies. The way they make them in this book leave much to be desired.
