I didn't want to order a walking stick, so this product was the perfect solution, a 2 in one walking stick. It looks like an umbrella, with a comfortable handle. However there is a tungsten steel inner tube which will offer me support when I need to lean on it, unlike an ordinary umbrella. You can detach the walking stick from the umbrella and use it as a stick, ( it has a rubber end ) and also use the umbrella part separately. Hope that all makes sense, if not, look at the picture.

Nice looking item - very sturdy - umbrella works really well even in windy weather, not even a chance of it turning inside out. Very happy with it, even bought one for my sister as I was so impressed. Several people have admired it and asked where they could get one from. Comes with a cover for the umbrella which I made a slight adjustment to as it covered the ferrule on the end of the walking stick - made a slit in the end and sewed some elastic in so could pull over the ferrule yet still cover the umbrella to keep it clean when out walking in muddy weather This is going to be a very well-used item. As for communication and delivery, all good, well packed and delivered the next day.

This a a good strong umbrella and stick when combined. Separating the two can only be done if the unbrella is partly opened - but then practically that should be the only time you need to do it (It's not because one wants to show the separation feature off). The combined stick umbrella has a good strong ferrule which should not slip. If the cane and umbrella are separated the separate cane ferrule is narrow and is more likely to slip if, held at an angle to the body (because of its length), The umbrella feels as if it will be windproof. The umbrella has a cover - but this is poor because the end covers the ferrule - it needed to slip over the ferrule, so the ferrule could do iots job. The surprise is that the umbrella spines/veins are not gathered together when furled - so without cover looks untidy. Nevertheless. a good practical tool - just be careful not to slip with the narrow ferrule when you are also using it as an umbrella. Incidentally, the child in me came out - it reminded me of the concept of a sword cane!

I needed this item to walk through London without others seeing it as a walking stick it’s extremely sturdy and looks professional you can pull out the walking stick and still use this as an umbrella.

Fantastic bit of kit, definitely value for money. It’s very sturdy, which I was worried about with the insert, as it’s quite thin, but It was not an issue. It’s very easy to separate out, so can be used as an umbrella and cane at the same time. Would definitely recommend!

The walking stick is flimsy, I used it one winter, the stick rusted already because they didn't think of the water in the bottom of the he umbrella. Don't waste your money. The walking stick has a joke of a ferrule, it's dangerous for someone who needs a stick in the first place!

This is an excellent cane/umbrella. The cane cannot be adjusted so it may not be useful for shorter people. I'm 5'6" and it's pretty maxed out for me. The canopy is solid and very well built. The cane can be used with or without the umbrella.

Pratico e utile

I carry this umbrella/cane with me all of the time. I have had so many people admire it and finally gave my first one to a good friend who said it was exactly what he needed. My second one has been a treasure and I keep it in my car whenever I leave home or carry it with me on flights away from home. I periodically have bouts of vertigo and it is a wonderful assist for walking when I am slightly dizzy. I can best describe it as feeling as though I have an "extra foot" on the ground! I could have given at least five of them away to people who inquired about this handy helper! I have also used it separately or singly to shield me from rain, sun and sometimes, wind. Great combo invention! Love it!
