I ordered the Shark UltraCyclone Pet Pro Plus Cordless Hand Vacuum because we get a LOT of dried grass bits dragged in by our dog as well as fur balls, bits of toys and bones chewed, etc. and this is ideal for cleaning small areas without having to drag out the full vacuum. I was so impressed with the suction & ease of dumping, that I ordered two more - one for my garage work area, the other for another area of our house. Really a fantastic vacuum cleaner that is easy to handle and gets a good charge!

This is handy! For around the house use, one charge handles multiple uses and cleaning projects. Dust and fine debris pick up is also very good, easy to swap out parts for different uses, so it’s versatile. I’m set to use it more so to clean out my car, but when I did a quick pass through it was very efficient. Not too noisy, especially compared to a full sized vacuum I’d say. No clogging as of yet, and easy to empty without too much of a mess. Honestly I’m happy I bought it, as I was going back and forth looking through multiple handheld options that I could use for the house and car. I’m satisfied. ALSO it’s easy to store! And again, quick charging for use.

This may be the best purchase I’ve made in a very long time! I have actually been telling friends about this amazing super vacuum. The price is fair and the product does exactly what it promises amazingly —-it’s efficient, light-weight, easy to use and powerful. I bought it for the purpose of collecting dog hair on upholstered furniture and pillows. AND it did not disappoint …it has a motorized feature that does the job very well. This makes a great gift! This is a must have for pet owners.

Bought it for our daughter who has 2 cats that shed a ton, said it worked amazingly well on their stairs and picking up the hair. Doesn’t have the longest battery, but said that’s fine cuz it’s not for the whole house. Great power and suction.

This is the best handheld vac I’ve ever owned. I use the soft brush attachment to keep my wood floor crumbs from up under my kitchen cabinet base. I use the smooth attachment to lightly lift dust from my Amish built tweed sofa. I use the crevice tool to pick up crumbs around the garbage can and I pick up wood pieces from my fireplace hearth. I also use the crevice tool to deep vac my dryer lint trap and my baseboards. I have owned this hand vac for a year and the suction is consistent and amazing. It hold a charge for a week and blinks when it’s getting low on charge. It’s easy to empty and to clean the filter. It’s durable and easy t use. The noise level is commensurate to its effectiveness and certainly a great value for the money. I will never use a different brand. It’s the perfect hand vac to complete the job of my robot and large vacuum. It reaches beside toilets, behind my freestanding tub and around and behind end tables. Such a time saver I’ve bought it for my daughters for their home that have pets and they also say it’s the best handheld vac they’ve ever owned. BUY IT!

Edit: called up their service line, which was a little tedious but service fixed the problem quick with a replacement being mailed out. So great service, but there are still there are some drawbacks. We've had this vacuum for less than a year. It has a nice set of attachments. Suction is pretty decent for a unit of this size. The pet hair/carpet rolling suction attachment is a nice idea but it's not super effective in getting off cat and fine dog hair. It probably would be okay for thicker hair. It's clearly a bit more premium than the cheaper units you can find at Amazon. Build quality generally is okay, and the unit has a nice weight and balance to it. The worst thing about this vacuum is that it's incredibly fragile. Over repeated inserting and removal of the different attachments the tip shattered. As far as I can tell it's not replaceable. We use this maybe 1x a week, so it's not due to heavy use. Looking at this, once the tip shatters further, it's over, that's the end of the unit because you can't attach anything to it. The cracks are slowly making their way down the side and it's a matter of time (a few months?) before we won't be able to use this unit anymore. Other things that aren't deal breakers but aren't great either: (1) the cleanout buttons get stuck really easily and it can take a lot of strength to pop open the buttons. My mother for instance can't push hard enough with her hands and has to gets spoon or something to pop it open, and my wife struggles to open it. (2) the lack of an affordable mount is just silly. If you call them up you'll be told it costs like $30 total to get a base you can plug this into. It makes this unit much less aesthetic and inconvenient than other systems that come with a base, or have an affordable base that isn't 3/5 the cost of the vacuum. I wouldn't take any stars off for this though, you should expect it as it's pretty clear there is no base or mount for this thing. Still, c'mon Shark, you're kind of a premium brand compared to other vacuums you can get around here. (3) The suction isn't bad but isn't awesome and has been getting worse over time -- and it's been less than a year as I mentioned. Might be the broken tip, might be fading batteries. Neither are great. (4) as some other reviewers mentioned the suction comes out of a very small tip which makes surface cleaning tedious because you have a small high suction strip or a wide low section bar.

This is a very nice handheld. It’s a little bit bigger than I expected, but the suction is awesome. I previously had a Shark wand vac and it just didn’t do the job. Not too noisy and easy for spot cleans. I look forward to using the upholstery attachment for cat hair. Worth the price.

Good vacuum cleans sofa, garden furniture and car, although becomes heavy after a while. Easy to empty

It works really well, sucks in all dust, dirt. We use it on furniture, window, small areas of the floor occasionally. However, not all brushes are good. Mainly we use the pet brush though we don't have a pet :D Its self-cleaning function prevents it from making the surrounding dirty while vacuum cleaning. Around half a year passed from my purchase and it is still working fine, just became a bit weary.

I’m disabled. To try to get a Hoover up stairs yuk! Agony, this is great hand held and helpful

This arrive just last night...and I already used it today! I was looking at handheld cordless vacuums for months already....most have reviews that make you think twice...this one does have a few negative comments...but so what...can't please everyone! I unpacked it, charged it, and took it out to vac my pickup...cleaned the folds in the leather seats well, and picked up all the stuff on the carpet...it wasn't very dirty...but I was pleased with it! This vac meets my need perfectly! I'm keeping it in my truck camper for quick pickups and disaster cleanups...yikes! Seems to work well...not vey loud (I was expecting it to be much louder) so I love that! It sucks fine, has a great carpet / floor accessory that even other reports give it two thumbs up, and it is so simple to dump the junk! Overall...I am happy with my purchase!
