The USB port will only play thumbdrives i purchased from Chinese company years ago. No Sandisk of any type despite reformatting. However it is perfect for its use as a way for a disabled adult to play music purchased on Amazon Music, and listening to the radio. Instructions on the box are a mess but unit easy to figure out.

It’s very cute very small don’t occupied much place and has nice volume as high as you can get .It sounds very clear to me. It’s working fine so far it’s been three months I have this and it’s working pretty good.

Device was ok until it ran out of power and doesn't charge with the cable they provided; also, no instructions included with device, even though it is a simple device. But don't waste your money.

This speaker has no instruction manual even though it has a simplistic array of buttons to select from. When the unit is turned on, it defaults to a very high volume each and every time. There is no way to reduce this volume. You must independently adjust the volume to your liking after music begins. Our computer Bluetooth did not identify this speaker, so I find that function useless. Lastly, there is no access to a microSD either through Bluetooth or using USB cable provided. In other words you must update your musc selection by removing the microSD card and placing it in another device that will allow interaction via USB connection. Outside of these issues found when delivered, the device is cute, transportable anywhere and plays music via microSD and or FM radio.

The speaker didn't work on the first one that came, so, I packaged it up and exchanged it. The replacement unit works great, but it came without the cables that were with the original product. This thing is really cool and even has bluetooth. It's small and takes some getting used to, but once you understand the controls and product quirks it's a fun little gadget to have around my desk.

I use this little gadget daily. Perfect for public radio and news anywhere and everywhere. Love it 😍

I love my little speaker. I keep it plugged in all the time. Use a thumb usb with 2000 of my favorite songs. Mostly Bobby Bare & country. I play it from 6 a.m. until lunch time. The directions are hard to read but I use the on / off & volume ones the mose. To shut off the little flashing light, if that happebs just hold down the menu button for 3 seconds. Only had to use that once a year. I have ppurchased 4 of these. One in kitchen, one in office, one I gave to sister along with the usb of songs, & one I have for a spare ♥

Love this little thing, it way smaller than I anticipated but it does exactly what I wanted it for and I can easily carry it around if I want
