Great item for working your muscles getting ready for bow season. Would definitely buy it again and recommend it.

Peace of junk
I received the 50 lbs band for Christmas in 2021. The band broke on 8 February 2022. I used it a few times a week and pulling about 20 times each day. The band lasted 1.5 month. I would not recommend these bands if they last such a short duration.
