Love Your Flats & Sandals 3/4 Length Insoles, All-Day Comfort, Relieve & Prevent Shoe Discomfort, Absorbs Shock, Arch Support

I live in ballet flats and these inserts add the perfect amount of cushioning and support. Fits in my shoes without any need to trim. Doesn't slide or slip in the shoe. Because it is a rubber/plastic consistency I find I have to wear a knee high or sock otherwise your foot sticks to the insert. Not an issue for me, but something to consider. Oh and the insert doesn't have any plastic or rubber odor. I really like these inserts and would recommend them.

I absolutely love these. I bought one pair and then immediately ordered two more pairs. They fit perfectly in my work flats and make them super comfy. Highly recommend.

I'm over 50 and get lower back pain. I've been doing a lot of things to try to help my back, including ordering padding for my shoes. These feel like a semi-soft, semi-hard silicone cushion (I don’t know what material they're made of). They give a little extra cushioning in flats and sandals. They are visible in a lot of sandals and flats, so you have to go in not caring about that. It gives a little cushioning - every little thing helps. They are about 3/4 length of my size 8.5 shoes and go from thick at heal to very thin under the balls of your feet. There's a little stick on the bottom so they stay in place on the shoe. You can easily move them from shoe to shoe but the sticky will likely wear out over time. I'm glad I bought them but I wouldn't say they're a miracle cure for pain. Recommend.

I know I can always trust Dr School's for a good arch support - these are excellent. They're clear so they don't show in my sandals. The gel has just the right cushion. Well made, good quality material, sturdy. The problem is that they don't stay stuck in my sandals. The glue on them isn't strong, so they end up sliding right out.

I bought just to try and what a surprise. I am able to wear flats again. No pain after a long work day. I wear a shoe/ sock liner with light padding on the ball of my foot. I can’t even tell that the liner is on my shoe.

They are clear so work great in sandals. I will buy more, although they are easy to tranfer between sandals.

Helps me wear my wedge sandals longer.

While they work as intended, I can feel the break between the end of the insert, which is not the most comfortable.

These are perfect for your sandals they keep your feet in place and have a great arch support. They work really well well with my flat foot. Thanks these insoles were a great find!

No las tuve que recortar, son muy cómodas y no sudan los pies. Las volvería a comprar.

It’s not very comfy to wear it in my opinion. I had more comfy insoles. I can constantly feel the insoles and I think it’s not supposed to be that way
