Thank you 😊, slight hiccup with delivery (no fault of the seller) they were very helpful and quick to respond, very pleasant and polite.Unit unpackaged set up connected to WIFI & app downloaded. With the app if we go out for the day just before we set off for home turn the unit on and it’s nice and cool to walk in to and you don’t have to leave it running all day. Had it all working within 20mins all very easy. nice and cold, no faffing with topping up with water and no louder then a decent fan on high speed, very pleased A*****

Good product as an air condition and a cooling fan. It does make a little noise but they all do, like the fan function in particular as the air flow is smooth and slowly cools down the temperature of the room

We are using this unit in our bedroom & en-suite and it keeps the temperature constant at 21c, it could be set lower if required, even when the temperature In the other bedrooms is nearly 30c. Not too noisy you do need to expel the exhaust hot air outside through a vent like a tumble dryer. Would thoroughly recommend this unit.

Giant heavy ultra powerful Air Con lasted less than two minutes plugged in. Spent time reading all the manuals and setting up the hot air exhaust system properly, switched it on... and Hell erupted in my home. It gently powered up in "cool" mode, then decided to blast out 40 degreee Celsius + air out the from the front, and the back became so instantly scalding it melted several of the items on my windowsill. Burned my fingers turning it all off and disconnecting it ASAP. So dangerous it had to be disposed of by a hazardous waste team. Amazon NOT to blame, as this was from a 3rd party seller, but Amazon were great in dealing with the situation, full marks to them. If it were possible to leave minus stars, it would get that. It may have been one broken unit, or damaged in transit, but "comfee" nearly became "coffin".

this is good and solid looks like, but it is really noisy, even not good to put in dinning room during dinner...

Extremely annoyed with this. Box arrived battered and once the unit was out that was damaged also. This was bought so my other half can sleep though the day as she is a night carer and is struggling to get any sleep in this heat. Been told have to wait for collection to be arranged before i can get a refund or replacement. And that could take up to 2 weeks. Dont think a replacement will be a good idea as the same thing could happen and we will be waiting even longer. The person i spoke to didnt seem that bothered so not holding my breath of this being resolved quickly. Very poor customer service.

The item arrived on time and it keeps the house really cool.
