A useful tool that I'm use occasionally when working on my wargames figures and related projects. My previous one had shown signs of wear after years of use, this one is it's replacement. The weight is good and the price was very good.

This is a quality item. Real wood handle, with a metal top. Is a miniature version of the full size items and looks like it will last a while too. The handle is 21.5 cm long, and about 12mm thick (oval section). The head is 50mm tip to tip, the round end is 8mm diameter, the ball is about the same. I have been using it for shaping aluminium for modelling, and it works well. I get some half moon marks from the edge of the hammer on my work, but I think that is poor technique on my part. Recommended
