No snaps or magnetic closures. No foam or anything to protect it from drops or damage. It's just a piece of cardboard wit a lovely picture. Would like to send it back but the warranty reads 90 day return on unused product. Does that include just opening the package? I'll go back to my Elsse case. It has the features this case lacks, and it only cost 7 bucks. What was I thinking?

Beautiful and sturdy

The print and craftsmanship on this cover are just gorgeous! The only reason I took away a star is that when I was putting my kindle in the cover, one of the corners of the leather base tore away from the cover a little bit...so be careful! And you can't fold the front cover to the back, so it's not as compact as a regular case, but it does give that reading a hardback book experience. And this cover is not washable so you can't just throw it on a countertop or in your bag...but I still love it!

Cover does not stay closed
This cover was pretty but not what I meant to buy. It does not stay closed or put your Kindle to sleep or off. I returned it for a refund and ordered the standard Kindle magnetic closure case from Kindle.

Lovely new cover for my Kindle. It is very sturdy but a bit expensive. It is very well made and I felt I could justify the price as it should last a long time.

I love this case - I bought one for my fire and for my etouch kindle they’re beautifully made and put these on a shelf you wouldn’t even know they weren’t books. A bit pricey but good quality and well made
