20V 12'' Cordless String Trimmer & 360 CFM Leaf Blower Combo, 2 Batteries & Charger Included, WG928

For me, these 2 cordless tools are perfect. The trimmer and blower are both lightweight, easy to use, and the combo was at an affordable "on sale" price. I primarily use them for small to medium-size jobs around our farmhouse and to help maintain 6 graves at the cemetery. I wouldn't consider these a heavy duty workhorse or as tough as a gas-powered trimmer and corded blower. If you have a large project with tall, thick weeds and grass to trim, this isn't going to give you enough power. Cordless is convenient but battery life isn't very long. (The batteries also take a long time to re-charge -- the charger comes with.) The trimmer/blower combo came with two batteries -- one for the trimmer and one for the blower so a couple of times at the cemetery, I've swapped out the compatible blower battery so I could keep going with the trimmer. Again, for what I need, cordless works great and Worx seems to have created a quality version of a trimmer and blower. I'd like to think they'll last for several years. We'll see!

Who knew these things could have so much improvment in just a few years. I'd almost like to take one star off for the fact that the battery and charger are DIFFERENT than the previous model I have. Also a big reason I wanted to stick with the same brand. Why do all these companies have to make things complicated? We all have a hundred different chargers floating around, I'm good with simplifying life. Tired of "bells and whistles." The blower is quieter than my last one and less bulky... maybe lighter? The battery didn't impress me with the first use, but I will update if it has a shorter use than the last chargers. Overall, super happy with this purchase and both the trimmer and blower work GREAT. Homedipo and Loves had the same thing for 40+ dollars more.

Let me start by saying, I am by no means a professional landscaper or even a very knowledgeable person about lawn care in general. I did use this combo to do 2 rental properties on a little over 1/2 acre lot, and it worked great. I purchased this combo and I have only used it once so far but felt like writing a review because I saw some negative reviews on here that I don't believe this product deserves. EDIT 04/18/2024 Just used the equipment yesterday for the second time and already the trimmer quick feed is sticking. It wouldn't be such a big deal if it wasn't only the second time using it.. The other issue is flipping over to get more line gets old very quickly because the line is so weak.. Using the edger I have to flip and get more line every 5ft... The pros: I really do like this blower/trimmer combo, and it did a great job for 2 rental properties. Based on some reviews stating that the battery life couldn't get them through a single yard is strange to me because I trimmed, edged, and blew 2 driveways, 4 walkways, and almost an entire roughly 80ft sidewalk on both sides with less than 2 batteries. (I really think people complaining about battery life are not fully charging the batteries before the first use) The blower has 2 settings, and I found the lower setting to be good enough for the job. I'm sure the high setting would probably drain the battery, but I did not use it so I cannot speak for it. The trimmer is awesome in my opinion (other than weak string). Again, it's super lightweight, has the quick feed option on the handle, and the edger attachment is great. I don't plan on being real rough on these items, but I will say I worry about how long the edger attachment might last as it seems a little cheap. The cons: My biggest issue is that the string on the spools (including the extras I purchased) are only available in .065 thickness, so they break very easily. That being said, the quick feed option on the handle helps a lot; it just isn't great to go through line so quickly. My second, and really only other con, is that the batteries take FOREVER to charge. Again, this isn't a huge issue being that I purchased 2 extra batteries and had 4 total, so it was more than enough to get the job done. Summary: All together, I would highly recommend this combo especially at the price point. I've only used it once, and my review will change if my view of the product changes, but as of now, I have been impressed with it. For a little more reference, I attached a picture of the 2 properties I took care of. All of this was done with less than 2 batteries.

Deeeeecent. Bought this weed eater and blower combo for prime day, finally got around to using them today. Been putting off cutting down some weeds and cleaning the back yard for over a year. Both worked better than expected. I have a small yard so I couldn't say how these would work for continued use on a larger yard, but for my needs these are well worth the money.

I purchased the WORX combo kit in May of 2020. I waited the 3 years to give the review to give a full honest opinion. I have a medium sized grass area in my front yard and large area in my backyard. No grass in the back. The line trimmer works just great for my needs. It has enough power to do the edging and remove the occasional weeds in the driveway and other areas. The blower works great just as well. I generally run the blower on low volume to funnel the yard waste to a particular area and then I use the high speed. I will tell you when the you use the high speed, the battery will run down faster. I will generally have reserve battery left in the line trimmer if I need additional time with the blower. Inconvenience? It might be for some but it is better than sucking in fumes from a gas power line trimmer or dealing with a corded blower. 3 tips I would also like to share. 1)The line they give you with the line trimmer is pretty weak. I ordered the blue .065 line off if Amazon and replace empty spools with it. It works much better. 2) I also ordered additional spools and caps. Because the spools are smaller, you will go through them fast depending on what you are doing? 3) As soon as you are done using the trimmer and blower, charge up the batteries for next time. Saves the "oh darn moment" when you need to use them again.

Light weight blower and trimmer. I like 👍. Blower sir flow is good anf trimmer works good.

Not new to Worx garden tools, the set is great and works as expected. Blower could be more compact and less noisy but is OK for this price. A better blower from Worx costs as this set.

Battery capacity is low, but it does the job for a small garden.

Great product no problems

Well after charging the battery i decided to go out and play while the 2nd battery was charging and was impressed with not alone the weight of each piece but how quiet they were and i was able to do not only my front and back yard trimming and edgeing with the grass trimmer but use the same battery on the blower which i found to be lightweight and powerful enough and very quiet compared to other's and only used 2 outta the 5 bars on the battery
