Arrived swiftly and right part for the job. It's worth saying that if your sofa has plastic handles they need to be replaced with the same. The aluminium ones available, although more robust, will not fit as they are too large in depth.

When the original broke I was expecting to have to buy new settee. However, this product turned out to be a perfect replacement and was easy to fit. It was scary plying so much pressure to locate the cable housing... But it has to be a secure fit. It is working and looking exactly like the original Only dropped 1 star as it would be helpful if they supplied the wire retaining clips that slot into this casing. Luckily I found the old one that sprung off as I removed the old handle
