Whether you take these chews, the liquid, or the tablets, just make sure you drink plenty of water with them. She says these taste great and she likes that she can bring them wherever she goes. They work well for her. The results aren't instant, but they work quickly enough.

These taste great. You need to eat 2-4 and an hour to six hours later you’ll get relief. No stomach cramps or pain. Works very time and is very gentle. The chews are not sticky and smell pretty good. Kind of expensive but it works.

I took them expecting quick relief (the label says “may work within 30 minutes”), but for me, it took closer to a full day before anything really happened. If you’re traveling, I’d recommend starting with a single chew earlier — maybe even on your flight — to give your body time to adjust. When they did start working, the effect was intense but effective. I probably overdid it by taking the full dosage at once since I didn’t feel anything initially. Lesson learned — start slow. Overall, these definitely do the job, just not as quickly or gently as I expected. I’d give them 4 stars for reliability but caution anyone to plan ahead timing-wise. Personally, I’ll still keep them on hand for emergencies, but I’ll stick to my usual coffee and abdominal massage routine first next time.

I used these when I was pregnant due to constipation and they worked really well for me and tasted really good too. Easy to take, no chalky taste.

It's way too sweet and tastes like stale candy. It has a horrible after-taste, but it worked very well for me. I'll have to get a different type next time...

I use these as needed and they are good value for your money and help with digestive issues. The taste and the texture are not bad and I only use one every other night and have good luck with it

According to my husband, it does everything it says. Success with no cramping. A bit longer than the 30 minutes it states, more like 2 hours.
