Kyser Quick-Change Capo for 6-string acoustic guitars, Sunburst, KG6SNB

Has lasted forever with no sign of tear. Fairly easy to move around even with dodgy hand joints. Good price for a unique colour and well known brand.

A very strong capo that is light and easy to move up and down the fretboard. I’ve knocked off a star just because sometimes, it doesn’t fully press down all of the strings if put too far up from the fret, causing a twanging sound. However, overall, it is very good. Nice colour as well - very striking and unique.

Grips fine apart from low E string got buzzing no matter what position disappointed !! And am experienced guitar player

I've always read that the Kyser trigger capo was the 'go to' for many acoustic guitarists, so I thought I'd treat myself to this tie-dyed version to use with my Taylor 214 CE. Immediately I could tell it was much stiffer to use than the Dunlop trigger I've sworn by, and that the jaws don't part nearly as much, giving very little leeway between the back of the neck and the capo. These factors made it quite hard to position. Furthermore for the life of me I couldn't position it so that the low E wasn't sharp. It got better if I placed it on at an angle, which frankly shouldn't be necessary. The guitar was perfectly in tune without a capo and, tellingly, perfectly in tune when I returned to my Shubb and the forementioned Dunlop trigger capo - which I will be sticking with. It works so much better across the board than the Kyser, in my short experience.

I bought this because its sunburst color matched my guitar! I have had other capos in the past that just couldn't cut it, they couldn't clamp well enough to work. This not only looks cool, but works even better! Super easy to use with great functionality! Can't beat it!

Possibly most likely my favourite capo in existence!! Worth buying!
