Staples Better Binder, Red, 1000-Sheet Capacity, 5"

I don't care where I work: if I need a binder, this is my go to. It does everything it promises and is worth way more than what you pay for it. Bright colors and easily recognizable design. The rings hold. They have never weakened in all the years I've been using this binder. They don't become twisted, so that they don't meet upon closure. They are made of a durable material. Not the cardboard inside of plastic that you find with cheap binders. Highly recommend.

These binders are the best. I’ve been using old ones for years but I’m in a 16-month certification course that I knew I would be leaving out a ton of stuff so I decided to get something better. The brackets are easy to open and close, and it’s easy to use in general when it comes to turning pages.. The cover is flexible and durable and you can put your own label on the front and the binding. It’s very big so hard to carry, but nothing you can do about that — it’s just big. It’s pretty expensive but I’ve bought two now so obviously I decided it was worth the money.

Best quality of binder yet! The rubber edges and binding make the binder feel very durable. The storage pocket in the front can hold a lot of items (not just papers). The front cover feels very durable and not cheap plastic like other binders. The rings on the inside were very easy to open, only needing one hand/finger. I purchased several color/size options and the colors are very vibrant and appears they will hold up well to fading. I researched and purchased a lot of binders these seem to be some of the best quality and great pricing for binders i have purchased (I work in insurance and use my binders OFTEN - I generally have to replace my binders every other month because the binding breaks.)

Great value for what you're getting! I am pleasantly surprised. I wasn't expecting the covers to be flexible but I'm guessing that is probably better than being hard and not flexible. I really enjoy the rounded spine which i feel just seems better than the hard/flat spine binders. All in all I feel like this will last for years to come instead of just one or two because of the quality and durability. I purchased them to use with binder envelopes to hold all my household manuals (appliances, heating/ac unit manuals, etc) and these are the perfect size for what I needed (3 inch). I loved the variation of colors that they came in and got many different ones to be functional for all the uses I was organizing (one for household things, one for small appliances, taxes, etc) and now I know exactly the color binder I need for whatever I am looking for instead of digging through filing cabinets that are over crowded with lots of junk. If you're looking for a great functional binder to help you get organized, I would highly recommend these!

These are great quality, they seem very sturdy. The lack of the 5th star is because the envelope attached has a wrap around elastic to close it that stays pretty loose but you can’t wrap it around twice. Just not as secure as it could be. We will see how they hold up.

This is a terrific 3 ring binder. Solid and well made so it does not fall apart at the joins. Great value.

As folders go these are the best. They are well made. Cheaper folders tend to fail after a while with the mechanism that holds the papers in place. These folder haven’t so far (and they’ve had a lot of use). The colours are useful for organising paperwork too.
