Poorly made. I believe the press I received was a returned item. The bag holding the disk was torn. There was a disk, (incorrectly) already in the press, I had to use a pair of pliers to get it out. I still was willing to give the press a shot since I wanted to make the cookies. I press lever snapped or something after 1 row of cookies. Plus the top band of the press had a piece of metal sticking out of it that I was afraid I was going to cut my hand on. So disappoint in this cheap product.

This is junk. Not food-grade material, started disintegrating into unknown black goo almost immediately, while "stainless steel" parts rusted after a single wash.

Love it. Easier on the hands than my older ones. Made baking so much easier. I used it a lot and it’s still holding up to the volume.

Easy to use. Easy to clean. Good selection of shape tips. The material is uncomfortable to touch on the sides of the cylinder, similar to a holographic picture feel.

Sharp edges, not very clear instructions, hard to use. Very disappointed.

For the price that was paid for this cookie press, it was disappointingly poor craftsmanship. The spring that's to go to the jack was weak, the rivet holding the Jack lever in place was too tight. This caused depressed not to function unless you manually moved the Jack into place. All in all it seems like a shotty piece of equipment. When it arrived it appeared that the Box had been opened previously. The Press was very clean, it simply did not function. Would not recommend.

I have been making cookies at Christmas time for years. I have tried many cookie presses that did not do the trick. This is the best I’ve ever used. Every cookie came out uniform. I like it that it’s all metal and nothing is plastic. So easy on your wrist as well. Definitely worth the money.

very disappointing, after 10 cookies the pin holding the handle broke. then we noticed that all the cookies had a gray shade to them from the metal. there is a thickness gauge that did not really work for us. sure easy to clean but it leaves metal traces even after a soap water bath. Going back to the plastic model. I was hoping for more. The idea behind the position of the handle was great but the over quality is not there.

Nice but a bit too fragile !

Unfortunately, this product did not meet my expectations at all. It was difficult to cut off the cookies onto the cookie sheet. In fact I could not get dough to release from the tube. It was discoloring the cookie dough from the quality of the tube. One of the rivets on the pump handle broke within minutes of trying to press out the cookie dough. I have returned this product for refund.
