One of the trays had broken plastic leg.
Open the box went to assemble and come to find out one of the plastic legs was broken! Very very disappointed!! Should of known better to buy something with 3 🌟 lesson learned! Hole this helps someone or hopefully they make right and I can update this review. If not then you know that it wasn't even made right between us. Update the seller issued a $8 refund for the problems I gladly accepted. Update February 14 I super glued the broken plastic leg and it has held up fine can't even tell what leg it was. The overall quality is good have used many times for 16 hours at a time doing deer jerky on low temperature haven't had any issues very quiet works great

Works well . I was looking for the least expensive machine with adjustable temperature control . The temperature settings are fixed in approximately 10 degree increments . Be advised that the machine is 12 and 3/4 inches wide and not the 13 and 3/4 . Not super loud but certainly not whisper quiet . Think of what a noisy bathroom exhaust fan sounds like . The noise level is really the only negative I can give it . I'd prefer finer control of the temperature settings but it's no big deal .

It does a decent job.I like that it has digital display and that you can can turn off and on.
The dehydrator is decent. The treys are unfortunately, fragile and break easily
