Only used it once so far but it does what it says on the tin and very quickly. I thought it might take a minute or two to separate.

ひき肉が好きで食べる機会が多いのですが、脂分が気になり分離するために本製品を購入いたしました。 肉汁を入れ、そのあと数分（粗熱が取れるくらいの時間）置くとカップ内で油分と肉汁がきれいに分離してくれます。 不要な脂分を落とせるのでヘルシーにでき、とても満足しております。 1000mlサイズの製品もありますが、私はこちらの500mlサイズの製品で十分でした。
