Exactly what I needed
This was exactly what I needed. Due to the cut on my slide, I was making out my optic and still unable to get on target. This gave me the perfect amount of angle to get on target with some extra adjustment left over. Due to its size I did have to cut it down to size to fit the rmsc footprint.

Slightly long and holes don't line up perfectly to RMSc
This should be able to be used as -1 deg or +1 deg but the overall length was too long for the Shield Plus Factory RMSc Optic Cut. The Shield Plus has a .5 - .75 deg downward slope causing some red dots to max out elevation. I was hoping to use this shim as a +1 deg shim to even out the Shield Plus' downward angle. I had to trim the overall length and enlarge 2 holes but it still didn't work for the red dot I wanted to use which is the EPS Carry. The EPS carry footprint didn't work with this shim and even if I got it to fit, the posts of the optic were completely covered (shim + optic plate were too thick) and thus not able to function...meaning all the stress of recoil would be transfered to the 2 screws rather than the optics posts. If you don't care about the posts fitting under the red dot properly and don't mind mounting the red dot by just the 2 screws, then maybe give this a try but your screws may end up shearing off due to the recoil of the pistol. On a side note the new revised and improved Vortex Defender ccw red dot mounts (direct mount) perfectly to the Shield plus and gives plenty of elevation adjustments.

407k
Worked like a charm with my 407k and my Tisas 2011 patern pistol. I did have to trim the back of the shim. Note: if you need to trim stay away from the front where the lugs are.

Fits Any RMS or RMSC optic.
Pretty nice optic plate. It’s a little thin, and I was expecting it to be about 3x it’s thickness. Fits super good with any RMS or RMSC optic.

Fitment issues but can be made to work.
Alright so technically this can be made to work and did give me the adjustment range I needed to zero my red dot at 25 yards. However, it only gets half credit because it requires about a hour of hand fitting with a set of needle files to make the holes all line up so the lugs engage and keep the sight zeroed. The holes that engage the 4 RMSc lugs are off by 1.06mm front to back, at least on this example. The other reviews mention the spacing is off, and that is correct. Maybe some are correct as I have read elsewhere but I wouldn't exactly count on it. Probably going to require a little work- but it can be made to work with effort.

Fits C-more RTS/STS - Vortex Razor
I could not find any plates for the C-more RTS/STS. The Vortex Razor comes with an adaptor plate. Luckily I did not need to use it. I took adaptor plate and aligned the holes with the various ADE plates on my phone. This one appeared to be closest. When it arrived I tested the ADE plate fit in both directions. The holes for the screws and pins aligned. The pins on my mount were long enough to reach the holes on the dot. This plate’s footprint is smaller than the the red dot, it will not look flushed against the edges. Once torqued down it works fine.

Description makes a false claim this is aluminum. That is a lie. It is plastic.
Don't waste your money. Super cheap made piece of flimsy plastic not aluminam as stateed in the specs. I would nto buy it again nor would I buy from this company again. And not only was the quality of the product poor but it took over 3 weeks to arrive - not that this matters because I won't be using it.
