Super - does exactly what I need it to
I’m really pleased with this laminated muscle chart. As I’m studying for my Level 2 & 3 Diploma in Personal Training, the level of detail is exactly what I need and even includes suggested exercises for each muscle. It’s really informative without being overwhelmed with info I don’t need. And in this digital age, I love that it’s been adapted from a hand-drawn diagram. This size is great as a desktop companion to study and the lamination ensures it doesn’t get tatty over time. I actually may purchase the bigger A2 size for the wall because the writing is quite small (at least for my 50+ eyesight!) and I like it so much!
