Good spare for my garage

We've just had new automatic sliding gates fitted, and they only came with 2 remotes, and when you are a household with 4 cars, then that doesn't work so well. So we ordered these in the hope that they would program to our new gate. And yes, they did! Simple process, and now we have 4 working remotes and no arguements when we've forgotten them!

Good product

I bought this as a replacement for one that went kaputt. Pairing it was a matter of seconds and it seems to work perfectly.

En remplacement d'un télécommande en panne. C'est nickel.

Il telecomando funziona bene (appena provato, vedremo come andrà nel tempo... ma.. Il venditore (o produttore, non so) lascia molto a desiderare. Intanto il prodotto è arrivato in una scatola in cui il QR code era stato coperto da un'altra etichetta (vedere la foto), quindi non veniva letto (molta pazienza.. ed imprecazioni per liberare dalla copertura il codice e poterlo leggere). Poi.. le istruzioni risultavano inadeguate. Io possiedo un vecchio telecomando NICE Flor-S, che veniva dichiarato compatibile sulla scheda su Amazon e volevo programmare il nuovo Nice ERA One2E... ma le istruzioni scaricate non dicevano come fare a partire da un telecomando da duplicare (o perlomeno non erano comprensibili, provate voi!!). Sul sito WEB della NICE, infine, non ho trovato informazioni utili. Scoraggiato ho cercato sul WEB e ho trovato un video utile, che riassume la procedura che allego in foto. Tutto fatto, semplice alla fine... ma che arrabbiature! Una stella soltanto per un telecomando probabilmente ottimo (il mio vecchio NICE è eccellente!), ma con un'attenzione all'utente secondo me molto carente.
