I recently found out I was defiant in folate. I did some research and learned that this product can help with low mood and even sometimes with anxiety along with fatigue. I figured I would give this a shot since I didn’t have anything to lose. I’m about a month in and really feel a difference in my anxiety levels and I definitely have more energy! I carry the gene that does not process Vitamin B unless it is methylated. I can tell this is a good product based on how my body reacts to it.
