The Good Patch Plant Powered Sleep Support - Sustained Release Dream Patch with Melatonin, Hops, Valerian Root (16 Total Patches)

Been trying these for about a week now. Started out using a full patch at night, but since have cut them either in half or 1/4 depending on my sleep needs. They have worked so well. Have been getting a good nights sleep each time used.

I tried this for 3 nights in a row with absolutely no effect. Very disappointed and it's not available for return on Amazon. Money thrown away.

I had to cancel the order initially because my wife didn’t think it was a good idea. It could not be a daily thing to depend on. Amazon refunded me and let me keep them so we both tried it. To be honest, I have a difficult time falling asleep Saturday evenings because of anxiety and excitement for church. These actually worked for me. They helped me get to sleep and stay asleep. We will probably get more in the future.

I don’t know. Sometimes I feel like they help and sometimes I don’t. They always leave a sticky residue which isn’t terrible but the last one I used gave me a rash from hell. I’ve been using these for a few months and sometimes have some bumps along the edges where the patch was but never this rashy. And they are a little too expensive.

I have trouble from time to time with either falling asleep or waking up and not being able to get back to sleep. This product certainly helps with both. I apply it on my wrist before going to bed and I have a solid sleep with no fog in the morning. I find the cost expensive for using on a regular basis, so I only use it maybe once or twice a week.
