Works like it should. been installed for a few months now and no issues.

Quality product and brand. Previously, we purchased a off brand, cheaper vent from our local hardware. That valve only worked 50% and for 6 months. This valve immediately allowed the proper air flow which resulted in drain emptying. Easy installation.

Not need to cut a hole in your roof anymore. Never smelled anything in the past 2 years since the installation.
