Works just like the original
Well, my dog decided the band on my old unit smelled yummy, and.... Well needless to say I needed a new band and this one was much less than getting the whole piece replaced. It fit just fine and is nearly identical to the original band. Fits comfortably, doesn't hurt and so far I'm happy with it. Now I keep it up and away so my dog can't chew on it

Works, but fit is a little awkward
Works well. It doesn’t quite fit right on the back of my head. May just be my issue, but I have continued to adjust and it’s still awkward.

Fits well, works fine
I used this with the Airfit N30i and Airfit P30i. I was prescribed the Airfit F30i and wanted to see how I did with the nasal or pillow version, so I got the pieces here on amazon for cheaper than I could get the full masks themselves from other sites. This does NOT work with the F30i (doesn't advertise that it does, so no surprise) but because the nose piece of the N30i is interchangeable with the nosepiece of the P30i, it works fine for either/both.

Cheap Material - Waste of Money
After 9 days of use, I noticed a ripped seam on the headgear. Also the velcro closures were very hard to adjust as there is not enough material to grab. Instead the adhesive just lifts. Overall the headgear runs a little small and the material is incredibly thin. Unfortunately, I had purchased this headgear as a backup, storing it away for 2 months. By that time the return window had closed. Lesson learned open packages, inspect Instead of worrying about keep package closed for sanitary storage.

I bought this for my mom since the strap she got with her original CPAP was tattered. this replacement is better than the one insurance covered and a way better price / faster shipping!

I bought this to replace and old Resmed. Simply not the same quality. I am back to using the aged Resmed!
