How long can I store Go-Ferm? Would I be able to keep any extra for next year?

I use it to rehydrate my dry yeast. I have had good luck with using it 3 months after opening but I mix it in 170 Fahrenheit degree water and Toss the yeast in when it drops to about 100degrees. As long as you pasteurize it for about 20min with 160-170 Fahrenheit degree water then I think it should be fine for quite a while. Perhaps even a year.

What is the expiration date for this product (if I buy in June 2019)?

As long as you keep it dry, it lasts for at least a year. Probably longer but I try to buy in quantities that I know I will not be sitting around for much longer than that.

Is it ok to mix go-ferm into rehydration water, then boil, then cool to ~100°, then add yeast? can't imagine but any damage from boiling?

I have only used the Go-Ferm In ciders and meads: no boil fermentations, but I think it would be OK in short boil.

Can I use this product for bread yeast?

You shouldn't need this for bread. Dough environment is pretty benighn. This product helps wine yeast get acclimated to the low ph, high acid of grape juice for wine.
