Love this sauce. Great for those who love heat but actually want something with flavour aswell as fire. Great for hot honey as a 50/50 ratio or just on its own

Without a doubt, this is the best hot sauce I've ever had. As a real spice head, I thought the original sriracha was perfect - heat and taste that just about goes on anything. Then I discovered blackout, which dials everything up to 11. Fiercely hot, punchy garlic but still not too over baring. Best sauce ever. No questions asked

It's got a slightly smokier flavour than the normal stuff and it's also nicely sweet. I feel like it could be spicier though. I was a little underwhelmed with the heat after all the drama

(4.5/5 stars) I was pleased with this considering most sriracha barely registers with more than a mild tingle—a common disappointment to judge by other comments here! This is a bit expensive, but the bottle is large and at least it brings some heat. For reference I enjoy Buldak 2x and Scorpion Tabasco, and where they’re maybe an 8 out of 10 on heat at most, this was probably about a 6.5—spicy but certainly no liquid fire. My partner enjoys mild hot sauces, on the other hand, but she found this to be too much. Taste-wise, I’ve had other small-producer srirachas that were richer and more flavourful (often Great Taste award-winners), but not much more so—and those sauces lacked any heat by comparison, despite being called “hot” or “fiery.” They were sweet garlic bombs; here the garlic is more modest (as sriracha goes). I’ll pick this one up again assuming the price doesn’t rise further, and I recommend it for convenience of availability, decent flavour, and perceptible kick.

I love this sauce so much. It’s hot without masking the flavour. The bottle size is perfect, and the quality sublime. If it’s too hot for you neat (lightweight) try stirring a little at a time into your chilli con carne, hot pot, stew or casserole. So versatile it goes with anything. Great value.

This is just the right mix of spicy while still being flavorful. Worth the cost since a lot of other "hot" sauces are either not hot or taste bad. Can be used as a dip for chips or as for breaded chicken.
