Highly recommend. I have had a lot of adult acne (perioral dermatitis) around my mouth and cystic acne on my chin most of my life. Then I developed skin allergies (I'm 44) a few years ago that formed plaques around my lips, and started having rosacea- like rashes on my cheeks. My dermatologist gave me a steroid cream to clear up the plaques (which were AWFUL), and even though it was gentle & worked, it definitely exaggerated the wrinkling that was bound to happen around my mouth and lips at some point anyway. The Celsus cream has smoothed and softened my entire face including the rosacea, reduced the appearance of the wrinkles, and had not my hormones interfered, I think it would have prevented an acne cyst on my chin from welling up all the way. Since it DID well up and explode anyway, I was really shocked at how quickly it calmed down and started healing up -- immediately afterward. No round two of welling up & exploding, and there weren't hours of weeping zit afterwards. It's like it went into immediate self-healing mode. I did put a little bit of cream on the spot when it was clear it wasn't going to weep, and by this morning, the swelling was gone & redness was negligible. I've only been using this for about a month, and I have plenty of cream left. I put it on morning and night. It'll be interesting to see what my skin looks like in another month or two. In the meantime, it's smooth, works well under a regular moisturizer or make-up, and it seems to penetrate the layers of skin fairly deeply. I'm very impressed. FULL DISCLOSURE: The CEO of the company is also my dharma teacher, which is how I found the cream. I finally read his bio on the Tara Mandala website and discovered what he does for his "day job". I looked up the cream on Amazon to read reviews and was convinced enough to try it. I'm so glad I did. I haven't spoken about this with Pieter at all (most interactions are via zoom and in large groups anyway), but perhaps I will at some point. It's a solid product and I feel good about using it for a variety of reasons in addition to its efficacy.

Not sure if this product works yet, I don't see any difference in my scarring and since it's on my face, it has caused skin bumps to come out, the kind you need to "lance" to get out and they don't do that in California. It seems to clog pores.

I have been using this product for almost one week and I have seen a small amount of improvement in my hyper-pigmentation. I use this all over my face and I've definitely noticed that my skin (mostly my nose and forehead) is a lot softer and more supple -almost plumped up. I will say that I think this product is extremely useful for anti-aging. My skin looks better than it has in years after just a short time. I will probably order this again. I know it takes time to see significant improvement, but I've been using this as frequently as possible (3 to 5 times per day as instructed) and I'm almost out of it after less than a week. I wish it came in a larger size! There's no way this tube will last me two more weeks.

I have several scars I’ve treated with Celsus. I recently used it 2-3 times a day, and after the first 2 weeks I noticed a significant reduction in the density and height of a scar on my hand after hand surgery 4 years ago. I also have discoloration and necrosis of skin on my left foot from a spider bite. In 2-3 weeks I noticed a lighter skin tone and the bite site is noticeably less scarred. This product has proven way more effective than a leading product which only uses onion extract, which I’ve tried for years with little result. The price point and visible reduction of scars makes this the best product on the market for scar treatment in my opinion.

A friend of mine recommended this product as an anti-aging cream. I have super-sensitive, eczema-prone skin, so unfortunately the luxury, chemical-laden beauty products are out for me. I had read some on the benefits of Tamanu oil, so thought I would give this a try. I have been pleasantly surprised at how effective this cream is. It has a lovely texture, not greasy at all, but has made a noticeable difference in the dryness of my skin. I have only been using it for one week and, so far, my face seems softer and brighter. The smell is pleasant, too. It’s clearly not heavily-fragranced, but also doesn’t make you smell like an old person. I will definitely buy this product again!

This does nothing for small to moderate raised scar removal. It did not soften the scar or diminish the appearance. Silicone worked better.

This product does what it says but for me I feel it works too slow. I still have acne marks but they are fading and this product has a smell that takes some getting use to.

I started using the cream in September because a friend had recommended it as a skin food that helps reduce lines and wrinkles that is super natural and affordable for what it does. Also I have kids and I thought I could use it for their scrapes etc. I am blown away in this short amount of time how the lines around my eyes have significantly diminished and how young, and healthy my skin looks! It’s been healing my kiddos scrapes in half the time, and preventing scars for them as well! I love this product and want to buy It by the case!

I bought this expensive cream for Stretch marks on calves of my legs. Has helped certain amount; im still using it. The tube is V small but only alittle cream is needed to apply. I feel the price could have been cheaper.
