1234/07 Winewings Pinot Noir Wine Glass, Single Stem, Clear

I was so amazed by this glass that I decided to gift it to a wine aficionado friend. He also loved it. It must be handled delicately since the crystal is really fine. Probably due to it, the temperature of the wine is kept very steady, the transparency of the color of the wine can be appreciated without interference and it feels very elegant in the hands. The shape helps to aireate the wine and get the most flavor. It is also very beautiful and unique. A wonderful gift for the holidays for those who appreciate and enjoy wine.

I collect wine glasses . . . I loved this because it was different, and a Riedel, of which I have many. It is currently one of my favorite. I 4 star durability simply because it is obviously not going to be a durable type of glass. . .that isn't why I bought it. It is delicate, as it should be for fine wine . . . to durable clunky glasses for me!!

I had these glasses for years, and it was love at first sniff, at first sip. Then I tried to switch look for something else, just for diversity and to try something new. But nothing compares if you want to genuinely feel the wine but also feel pretty and add aesthetically to the experience. I’m back to winewings. I truly try to understand how one can not like these glasses, but fail to, as they are perfection.

I have never left a review on amazon before, but this is the most amazing glass I’ve ever used, and a review was much needed! If you are thinking about adding these to your collection, do not hesitate... BUY them! My wine has never tasted so good!!!

I love it!

I just received my Winewings Pinot Noir glasses. They arrived in good shape, and I unpacked them carefully. They were very impressive. However, the thinness of the glass - and particularly the thinness of the stem concerned me. I washed them very carefully for their first use. While washing the last one, the stem broke in my hand. I own three different sets if Riedel wine glasses, and use them regularly. I always wash them by hand, and have never had a problem. I had read that some people only rinse their glasses, and then dry them very lightly. But, that doesn’t seem realistic. I often used chapstick, and my wife uses lip gloss - and rinsing just won’t reliably clean them. It’s a shame that Riedel would sell a glass so beautiful, but so poorly designed for rigors of everyday use. I repackaged my glasses (3 intact and 1 broken), and sent them back. So, disappointing! I would NOT recommend these.
