Easy installation and looks great. If you have a heavier shower head the holder may not hold it up well and can slide/slip causing the shower head to dip down. Other than that looks great

The only downside of being able to mount on the wall with a flexible gap between fixings is that it feels less secure than alternatives. That said, I was careful not to over-tighten because it does feel plasticy, but fair quality for the money. Looks absolutely fine and comparable to the big names, so no concerns there. Would recommend/buy again - huge plus not to gave to make additional holes in the tiles in the bathroom to uplift an existing installation, but consider a fixed unit for a new install

Works great but adjuster stopped locking after a year

Needed this to replace the old one. The quality is ok and it looks well. Was easy to install.

I received this rail and then read the reviews hoping to resolve the issue of unscrewing the bracket from the chrome fitting, I did then have reservation on the whole thing. First the bracket was in very tight and needed a large screwdriver to turn it. The rail went in tight with no movement ensuring the brackets were screwed down tight on the rail. I did note remarks that the holder does not fit the showerhead, I had the same problem until I turn the rail the other way up. Fitted well and looks good.

I had an old rail and took a chance when I saw this. I didn’t want to start drilling and just wanted to use it to cover old one. So easy to put up- I used the old original drill holes and it’s fitted sturdy onto the tiles. Bought a new chrome shower head and for hardly any money my shower looks a million percent better. No problems at all and I would recommend.

no instructions accompanying the product. Becomes extremely frustrating & irritating how to work out how to dismantle the product for installation. Had to actually get onto a chat session with the manufacturer to sort it out. Can't believe they can't provide an instructions sheet to accompany the product.
