Every seed sprouted, easy to clean shells off
I used a 1/3 cup and every seed sprouted, I ended up having to remove them from the quart jar since it no longer could take in water (no room) Next time I will use a 1/4 cup of seeds. I made egg foo young and stir fry. It's a lot cheaper than buying them, and good for diabetic cooking. To clean the shells out just fill a clean sink full of water, dump the sprouts into it, swirl the water and sprouts to loosen the shells. The shells will drop to the bottom of the sink, remove clean sprouts from top of water.

Great value, nearly 100% germination for kitchen sprouting.
I am a novice at sprouting seeds. I recently started sprouting as a means to acquire a high protein food that is nutrient dense for a total diet change for losing weight and keeping it off. Mung beans are a great place for a newbie to start. I have had great success and am amazed at the amount I can produce in jars in my kitchen. I am saving money and I am losing weight. I sprout lentils, radish, broccoli, and mung beans. I combine them and saute them on the stove top. I am very pleased with the results and the energy boost I get from sprouts. AND they taste great!

Fave Mung Beans
3rd time to buy this. Liked the quality of the beans. My hubby likes Mung beans soup I make, a Filipino recipe. So we have it handy at home especially during winter season. Or

Great Seeds for Spouting
First time I've tried growing my own spouts, and it was a lot easier than I thought. I would have to say that I got 99.99% germination rate, and really fast. Soaked for 10 hours, then 3 days later I was eating my first sprouts. I let them grow another 2 days and had sprouts coming out my wazoo !!! I'm not sure what the negative reviewers were doing. But I'm SUPER PLEASED with this purchase.

Good quality beans for sprouting
I tried growing bean sprouts for my stirfry and they took a few days longer than what some people had discussed on websites for growing sprouts. They tasted so fresh but they did seem a bit thinner than the market ones but it could be that they were overcrowded in the growing containers A few go a long way so the next batch I make will be less beans so they have more space. These are good and I would advise you to purchase them if you are considering growing your own sprouts.

So cool ...and tastes good!
Wanted to make pad thai during quarantine so decided to sprout my mung beans. This was my first time ever and it was so. freaking. cool. And satisfying to watch them sprout! It was super easy - I just used a mason jar and some mesh ribbon I already had to cover/drain. Results were good - not bitter at all. Pad Thai was yummy! Not gonna lie, I sprouted more just for the sheer wonder of it (the bag is huge!). If I remember correctly, I used about 3 Tbsp for the amount in the pictures - barely a dent in the bag.
