Aroma Season Heated Eye Mask, Great for Blepharitis and Dry Eyes Treatment, Relieve Dry Eye Syndrome, MGD and Styes (Blue)

I bought the eye mask "Aroma Season Heated Eye Mask, Electric USB Eye Compress for Dry Eyes Blepharitis Stye Eye with 3-Level Temperature & Timer Control" in Oct/2024. It worked fine but it also heated my nose bridge area, so made me feel uncomfortable. After I left my feedbacks, I received the above product (Aroma Season Heated Eye Mask, Great for Blepharitis and Dry Eyes Treatment, Relieve Dry Eye Syndrome, MGD and Styes) from the trade as a replacement for the previous eye mask. I have used the new eye mask for nearly two months, it works perfect. The heating area is just allright and the nose bridge area does not heating up:-). And this eye mask has 5 heating levels and 6 timing options. It makes the usage very convenient. It avoids the heating either too high or too low problems. After I tried it for a few weeks, I bought it for my sister and friend as a Christmas gift. My friend and sister all loved it very much. They said it was one of the best Christmas gift they got this year.

Great buy - I use it daily and by doing so have been able to stop PRP treatment for dry eyes. It has help my dry eyes better than any other healing method or drops/gels. The best part is that it covers the eye socket so best gets directly where needed. I learned of it by an opthomologist who studied various brands and found this one most reliable and to reach the highest consistent heat level. Both models are highly beneficial and I use both, as both have their unique benefits. It’s well worth the price - I use twice daily and it’s very relaxing and healing. It’s easy to clean and use, and is adjustable to all sizes

It's pretty good, definitely a whole lot better than the ones you heat in the microwave. However, what I did notice is that the heat generated is not necessarily consistent. When I'm wearing it, it feels almost like it heats up, then cools, then heats, then cools, etc. I also agree with a previous review saying that the heat doesn't really permeate through the beads to the side you're supposed to have against your eyes. I ended up flipping it and wearing the other side, for this reason. Other than that, it's good!

This is very helpful with dry eye treatment. Hospital give me dry eye drops and said I needed to have warm flannel to unblock the oil ducts in my eye lid. The eye mask is good as you control the temperature medium low is hot enough for me, You also control the time as well. Flannel is ok but doesn’t stay warm for long enough to melt the grease to oil in the lids. The oil stops the tears from evaporating.

Initially great. Hot and worked well. But after just 9 months the graphene beads become ineffective. The mask ends up with large cold and dead patches. Eventually you have to throw the mask away as there is no way of reactivating the graphene balls. Given it’s only lasts 9 months and given the price I’d say it is poor value for money. Stay clear of this product. Others customers have reported similar issues many times. *FOLLOW UP* Customer Services offered me a full refund on this product even after 9 months. They also mentioned that the latest version of the eye mask is an improved version that provides optimal warmth without over heating. So far so good. Will report back in 12 months time … So an update. The offer of a replacement product with a wireless version can be construed as recognition that there is a known issue with this product. The wireless version they issued works fine. So my original review stands that you should avoid buying the wired version.

Ordered for my wife who is suffering from Blepharitis. This product is extremely easy to use, well made and very comfortable. It has brought her significant relief to the discomfort of this condition.

I suffer with dry eye syndrome and I bought this as an alternative to the heated eye masks you warm up in the microwave. I found those to be too unpredictable - luke warm one day and too hot the next. This is my second Aroma Season eye mask, but the first time I've felt compelled to write a review. First, the good stuff: this electrically heated mask provides continuous, consistent heat which is important for helping to manage dry eye. The mask is easy to use and has three temperature settings (personally, I only ever have mine set on 'high'). It all packs neatly into its box so you can take it with on trips / holidays etc. The things I don't like about it are: I have to open the strap to its widest to get it to fit on my head without it feeling like its squashing my eyeballs. Its very important when heating up your eyes that you don't apply too much pressure as this can cause other problems in the long run. When you switch it on, you have to wait about 5 mins for it to come up to temperature (not an especially big issue, I grant you). Finally, heating is a little uneven between the left and right side - the left side feels warmer. All this being said, this make is about the best one I've tried. Some other brands barely get warm at all.

I have been using this item on and off since purchased in Mar 24 and after 6 months of use it has stopped working. It comes up with a message E2 and the only way to clear it is to switch on and off but now that no longer works. Bin next I think as I can't return it. UPDATE. Changing my review from 1 star to 5. My first purchase of this product did fail and I was disappointed as it was brilliant at helping my dry eye. I then purchased a different product, one of the larger eye masks but they just did not help as much as the Aroma Seasons one. I purchased a second one hoping it was just a fluke, so far so good. It fits so well into the eye well and just hits and heats my meibomian glands to the right temp helping to release oils and easing my dry eye. It s the only one that helps it

I’ve always used the eyes pad that have to be microwaved, this however was really effective and simple to use, throughly recommended for those with dry eyes

This heated eye mask is amazing! The effectness and the quality is superb! I have dry eye syndrome like many and have tried many eye drops over the years and many have not been worth the dollars. And when I read about stimulating the oil glands by putting heat on the eye area can help, I thought it's got to be worth a try. So glad I did, plus it is relaxing and comforting. I personally would recommend them from my experience!

Bought this for my elderly mother. Very easy to use. Does what is intended. It is really helping her sore puffy eyes and blocked oil ducts. Her eyes are so much better since using this. She loves that she can sit and enjoy the heat for 20 minutes rather than having to keep warming up a mask to put on her eyes.

The heat from my body was warmer than the device...I was SO disappointed!!!
