Rotary Blade Refills 18mm 2/Pkg, Silver

I remember using one of these rotary cutters when i first learn how to sew with my mom and I always thought they would have more uses than just sewing, like you could put a mat under someones hair and give them a very quick and straight hair cut. Or you could use these smaller blades for carving a pumpkin or cutting out small round items for crafts or even a pizza if you were in a pinch and for some reason have a $35 rotary cutter but not a $2 pizza cutter or a knife or just a rigid piece of plastic to cut your pie. All of these are good excuses to have them around but they really shine with fabric, these smaller blades are perfect for the intricate lines and complex turns that need to be made when constructing a complicated cosplay or even just to make sure all of your cuts are tight and clean on a simple dress that will hopefully catch the eye of that guy in Sales that you have had a crush on for a couple of months now but refuse to make the first move because you arent sure if he likes you back. Either way these blades are very sharp and last quite a while, I have not tried to sharpen one of them yet but i love the size and maneuverability of these 18mm blades over the larger sizes especially when it short precise cuts that need to be made.

These are great blades. I have never gone wrong with Olfa.

I purchased this, along with the Olfa 18mm small rotary cutter, as it was the only 18 mm blade I could find that would fit my Fiskars. It fits well, and cuts great. I prefer using the Olfa now as it has a bit more blade exposure on the side, and I don't have to hold it at an uncomfortable angle. I love using these smaller rotary cutters for all of my rotary cutting. I work mostly with broadcloth and cottons, and this small blade will not only allow me to cut up to 6 layers at a time, but allows me to get into some really tight corners. I've seen other reviews that this is great for quilting. I do not quilt, but use this mostly for cutting out dresses, pants, and other clothings for my 5 year old twins. This tool and blades have completely replaced my scissors for cutting out my layouts.

I have not yet used these in my new18mm cutter, but I am sure they will be fine. I purchased the 18mm cutter and blades so I could try working on no sew blankets. This size blade should allow me to get into tight places.

I always use Olfa blades. They are very sharp and last a long time. Fit perfectly in my rotary cutters.

Good quality blades for tight curves

The OLFA replacement blades are great quality (super sharp so be careful!). I have cut hundreds of pieces of fabric and felt with them and so far I have not had to use more than one blade. I also like that two come in a pack, so when one eventually becomes dull, you have a backup and don't get stuck without one until you can get to the store. They're a little more expensive than other blades, but the quality of these blades is well worth the price. I've been using the OLFA brand for quite a while. Their quality is top notch, and their customer service is great.

work fine, extremely sharp, great for cutting fine detail in fabric. The listing was rather misleading, and expecting six blades and got two. The seller was excellent and immediately apologised and refunded two thirds of the cost - making it the same price as I was expecting. Bargain basement price, premium quality - just what I needed.
