I'm late 50's my nails split very easily and a friend suggested collagen. I ordered two months stock to try and then stop taking it for two months. I reached week five after stopping and decided it works for me and reorder the capsules. It made a big difference in the strength of my nails when working outside in the garden and other diy tasks

I have tried a few brands of Marine Collagen but always go back to these. They are easy to swallow as they aren’t too big and they are good quality capsules that don’t leak. I would recommend these. They are expensive but they do the job. I have tried cheaper and they aren’t as well constructed. They aren’t the most expensive but they aren’t the cheapest.

This marine collagen provides 2200 mg per capsule, which at first seems like a lot, but unfortunately it’s nowhere near enough to cover a woman’s daily collagen needs. I’ve learned since buying it that many people recommend getting collagen in powder form instead, so you can mix it into liquids and actually take an effective dose. Capsules just don’t deliver enough. That said, I’m still using what I have because it’s certainly better than nothing. However, going forward, I’ll need to take a much higher amount than a single capsule provides to make a real difference. It’s fine as a small supplement, but don’t expect it to meet your daily collagen requirements on its own.

I'm on my second batch and I have definitely seen a difference in my skin and well-being. Highly recommended product purchase and works well for me. As long as you follow the daily routine, you will see the change. My skin looks so much better. I find them easy to swallow, but a drink is handy. Worth every penny and I will continue to use.

Always take it. I think it helps skin, hair, connective tissue.

I have edited this review because I have been using a few days and though I have not noticed a difference in work 3 different people commented that I looked different and in a good way. One person asked if I had work done so clearly something is improving even if I don't see it immediately myself. I assume the improvements will continue so will probably buy more once this pack is finished. One thing to note is the capsules are big so if you have difficulty swallowing large tablets these are not for you, I do think they could be made smaller but otherwise they are ok. There isn't any flavour or after taste so that is good. Time will tell if they make a difference skin wise etc but from other reviews they have had some benefit so the jury's out on that. I can update review if I find they don't work but I think they may help but nothing is a miracle cure to age so any help is better than none.
