Nice Fragrant Smells With Good Ingredients
I have been buying Dr. Bronner's Organic Pure Castile Liquid Soaps for years now. The organic and cruelty-free ingredients make me feel safe about using the product on my skin. With scents like rose, it's a sensory delight that marries good organic ingredients with an enchanting aroma. While satisfied with the aromas and ingredients, I must share additional moisturization is required for the face and hair. It's worth noting that the same purity that makes the soap effective also means the skin and hair might require extra moisture afterward. After use, I found that my face and hair needed additional hydration. The soap, while effective in cleansing, doesn't leave a significant moisturizing effect on these more delicate areas. Despite this, the soap's versatility is commendable. It serves as an excellent body wash, and shampoo. The concentrated formula ensures longevity, making it an economical choice for those looking to streamline their personal care routine. A little will go a long way. The eco-friendly packaging adds to the product's appeal, reflecting Dr. Bronner's commitment to sustainability. The bottle, made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic, aligns with the brand's dedication to reducing environmental impact. In the future, if bulk buying is possible, I would like the option to buy large volumes so I can further cut down more on my plastic usage. Overall, Dr. Bronner's Organic Pure Castile Liquid Soap is a delightful addition to any cleansing routine. The organic ingredients and enchanting scent make it a joy to use, but be prepared to follow up with conditioner and face moisturizer after the shower. For those seeking a versatile, organic, and eco-friendly option, this soap is still a worthy contender.

great scent, unbeatable value
After losing hair for well over a year, and finally pinning the blame on a daily clarifying shampoo with high amounts of Sodium Laurel Sulfate, I began researching ingredients with which to make my own shampoo. Liquid glycerine is my main base -- I get it on Amazon, too --( Liquid Glycerine Soap Unscented Refill - 32 oz - Liquid , and I add Dr. Bronner's Castile Liquid Soap Organic, Citrus (one part) plus water (one part). It is an excellent cleansing shampoo with no harsh chemicals, and I am losing much less hair on this formulation. When I finally got desperate (2 months ago -- losing hair in the shower, more upon subsequent "rinse and repeats," which I did three times as my hair is oily), it was coming out at an alarming rate. Now, it is back to my normal, tolerable amount -- no panic in the bathroom anymore. (I've tried several sulfate-free shampoos but either they didn't clean well or had hidden sulfates -- I suspected -- because my hair loss resumed after using them. My backup is Neutragena Original Bar Soap, because it also cleans well with no hair loss, although it has more chemicals than my "homemade" liquid soap.) I'm a lover of the citrus scent, and this particular fragrance doesn't disappoint. It's long-lasting and makes an economical shampoo that I can trust to be healthy for my hair and body (makes an excellent body wash, too). This shampoo *can* be drying if you have long, highlighted hair like I do, so I follow it with Pantene Conditioner (conditioners have no Sodium Laurel Sulfate in them), which I leave on for a few minutes while I shave my legs, and afterwards, my hair is clean and soft.

A Little goes a long way.
Love Dr. Bonners. It is a quality cleaner. I used this for the entire Camino de Santiago (500+ mi). It lasted close to 30 days! I showered with it and I washed my clothes with it. It kept them soft and clean smelling. I will definitely by this again for my home, instead of using soap with chemicals.

Best versitile soap on the market
Wonderful for so many things. Cools you in the shower and is great for camping. This is also great for helping in the garden; you can use this watered down to keep bugs off your plants. If you paint lines of this on the inside of a tent, on the floor, it will help keep ants and other insects out of the tent. I have been using this for years.

Perfect size for my purse
Love the smell. It’s the perfect size for my purse. I keep it in a plastic zip lock bag and take it everywhere. One drop is enough to lather hands so a little goes a long way. I’m surprised at how many times I’ve used it in restrooms when no soap is available. Strangers appreciate it too! It can be used to wash dishes, clothes and hair in a pinch. Although I haven’t had a need to so this, but love the versatility. TSA friendly when in a zip lock bag.

Effectiveness for insect bites
I have used Dr Bonners for many years. Initially I found it to be very helpful with insect bites as well as breakouts from gardening, e.g., poison oak, ivy, scratches from prickly plants. It needs to be used very shortly after being bitten or scratched as it will calm the skin and assist to keep the bites or scratches from erupting. Then, for my dogs, it was wonderful. The soap assist them with any insect bites as well is a wonderful cleaning agent. Smells wonderful, suds well and, most importantly, rinses easily.

Not moisturizing enough for me
Not moisturizing enough for me. I have dry skin. This gives you that really squeaky clean feel. But to me that’s a little drying. It does have a nice scent but it’s also a little Overpowering like a cleaning product would be. And I wanted to use this more as a body wash

ANOTHER EXCELLENT ALL-ONE SOAP
Dr. Bronner's is the only soap in my bathroom that I use on my body. Serves as shampoo, hand soap (in awesome mason jars with pump dispenser lids of course) and body wash. Don't use it as toothpaste or mouthwash that is crazy... Also, for dish soap, and laundry soap, I use ECOS free and clear, they are superior for those applications as they leave less residue and are cheaper in bulk! But I digress... regardless of the actual effectiveness in other applications, there is no more simple, pleasant, healthy, nor more ethical choice for human-cleaning that I have ever heard of. I've been using Dr. Bronner's since I was a kid and honestly I have never had enough complaint about it's performance nor price to really try any other biodegradable soap. I was raised on the mint (blue label) but recently took a liking to the almond-hemp (green) and went for the eucalyptus this time. Obviously those who have sensitive skin should go for babymild, I have used that as well and it is also fantastic. The eucalyptus is fine, the odor is noticeable but not overpowering to me (admittedly I am not very smell-sensitive) and does not linger. I personally love the labels, there is true wisdom coiled within the madness.
