XFusion Spray Applicator

The applicator works just fine but you do need a bit of patience. The first time or two I tried it, it did not work at all, the top kept collapsing. I think it must need to prime itself with a few pumps. I tried again and it works great! You do have to be gentle when pushing on the top, and push on the back and a bit towards the top of the applicator, Just the right amount for my hair. I purchased another color and another applicator today. I have had thining hair for years and have tried all kinds of products. This is the only one that really works - at least for me...

Great product with reasonable pricing

I just bought the XFusion spray applicator and the XFusion 15g keratin hair fibers and the applicator doesn’t fit the fibers bottle. The applicator says on the box it came in that it fits both the 15g and the 28g Fibers bottle, but this one sure doesn’t. Help! The above was my review before I read someone else’s review that explained how to make the applicator fit. They said you have to pull out the part with the holes in it and then the pump screws right on. Ta da!!! They’d get better reviews if the Topic or the XFusion fiber bottle made that holes piece a different color so you could see what part needs to be removed to fit the pump. Now I’m a happy camper!

I had been using hair fibers for a while before I decided to use this applicator. the difference is day and night. The shaker methods tend to dump too much hair fibers. With this applicator, it is much easier to target just enough hair fibers to specific spots. not to mention how efficient this method is. I am now using way less hair fibers than before. highly recommended. i am using this applicator with the Boldify hair fibers small bottle. fitment is perfect.

Fills in thin spots to make hair look thicker. The color could be a little redder. Gave up on trying to get the squirt top to fit. I just spread the hair and sprinkle some on the scalp and roots.

Had trouble, never actually got to use.

This is simply outstanding. With Kaboki or other powder-cannister products, I find a lot of material can come pouring out and gets on my forehead, ears, the bathroom counter, etc. This applicator allows for a very targeted spread to minimize wasteage. You may have to find the "sweet spot" distance to hold it, because a mere 4-5 inches can deliver a focused blast of product like you were using a paint spray can and starting up close on paper. The father you pull out, the farther the spread, so you can figure the best distanc that works for you. Additionally, you don't need to push down too hard on the ball pump. It responds reasonably well to different levels of pressure. One tip is to not lose the cap that protects the opening - especially if humid environments can cause products of this nature to get clumpy. Additionally, a positive nod to the Kaboki alternative itself. Although some appear to assail this product as being made from sheep hair, I honestly don't find some of the other cotton-based fibers to be necessarily superior. I've purchased Samson Hair Fiberas to refill a Kaboki can, only to find the contents turned clumpy - perhaps due to humidity. I've thus far not had that happen with XFusion.
