I've had regular acne since elementary school, but when I hit my 20's I became more prone to hormonal cystic acne. I mostly get it around "that time of the month" and it's very embarassing and painful. For years I went to dermatologists and aestheticians for prescription creams, extractions, and antibiotics but nothing seemed to work well for me. No sé la verdad que fórmula traen estás pastillas, pero por lo que leí no era nada malo, por eso decidí comprar, lo malo fue que tuve que suspender cada vez que las tomaba me sentía mal y a mi en lo personal cuando compro algo no me gusta desperdiciar dinero, por eso no deje de intentar tomarlas, pero seguía sintiéndome mal así que dije mejor que el dinero se vaya que mi salud, no se si en todas personas esto ocurra, en mi caso las pastillas no me hicieron bien

I did see some modest effects from this on my hormonal acne, but once I discontinued I got hit with acne 2x as bad as before and AWFUL headaches. YMMV, but this isn’t the answer for me.

I have always had an acne problem, but during covid with the usage of masks my acne got worse. I have tried everything from over the counter products to vitamins and curology treatments and it would clear my acne for a few weeks but then it would come back worse. I have been issuing ACNEtane for about a month now and the results seem very promising using ACNEtane in combination with a simple skincare routine have led to good results.

Love this version as they are veggie softgels. That said, they are extremely easy to swallow (unlike some super large tablets/pills) and have no after taste. As far as effectiveness, all I can say is just give it a try. There is something in this line up of ingredients in this acne supplement working together to oxidize acne pimple/sebum/puss (w.e it is causes the acne) starting from your GUT! Also, acnetane seems to help with oily skin, I think a few other reviewers have mentioned how their face is much less oily after starting acnetane. You can also try the larger version for ACNEtane if you prefer veggie capsules, good luck!

I ordered these not realizing they contained Black Pepper Extract. I have an allergy to black pepper and thought I was safe with these as it didn’t list it in the ingredients. Upon some research on the bioprine fruit extract, I found out all bioprine extract comes form black pepper. I took them for a few days unknowingly and broke out in a bad rash on my upper neck. I do have to say they were easy to swallow the few I did take and the value did seem good for the money. They just didn’t work for me.

I decided to try this product since prescription topicals & antibiotics have never worked for the cystic acne break outs on my face. I was really surprised with the results after using this supplement about a week. I only used 1 capsule per day vs. the recommended daily dosage to make sure I had no adverse reaction. Even by only using 1 capsule, my face began to clear up. I have maintained a daily regiment of capsule per day & if I feel a flair up coming on, I will take up to 3 per day. Increasing the dosage seems to nip the situation in the bud & immediately prevents the break outs from worsening or becoming inflamed and painful. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is able to take this supplement.
