Two thumbs up from a stiff, out of shape senior
I’ve had this a month now. I’ve used it daily and used two of the three possible movement directions. I have not yet tried the programs. I’m 75, overweight, and not flexible. All the issues seniors face with stiffness and aches and whatnot, I’ve got. This review is for all y'all that are, too. What I’ve found is that it has helped my balance (I’m moving more easily over the yard to get to the car and whatnot), my strength is improving (I’ve carried the large cat-food bags in where previously I had difficulty lifting them), my flexibility increased (I’m easily bending down to pick things up, etc), aches in body and joints (just general aches go away and stay away for quite a while, to my surprise), and my energy has gone up (previously I was too tired to walk to the next room until I absolutely had to). In a month! (I need an extra ! on that). To accomplish this, I’ve stood on it and bent my knees a little (nowhere near an actual squat) for 15 seconds or so, and I’ve got a little 2lb hand weights and still standing on it, I do 4 curls, 4 lifts up and down over my head, 4 lifts to the side. I then turn at the waist (I can only go a small amount around, so far) in each direction. That takes me about 2 minutes or so. That’s it. Seriously, that is all I'm doing. My body feels as if it has worked out for a long time. I don’t quite understand how, but it does. The machine takes each direction up to (iirc) level 60 but I’m only on level 1. Haven’t gotten farther – don’t need to, at least not yet. I started and was on it for just over 1 minute that first time and felt like I’d worked out for an hour. A month later, I’m at 3+ minutes and feel like I’ve really worked out. My body is really responding. I’ve even started using it for 20 seconds before bed because after sitting all evening when I stand up I’m all stiff and if I just lay down in bed I spend an hour while my legs and back object and carry on. That 20 seconds of shaking sorts it all out and I sleep easily without all the leg and back foofaraw. I have a bad back and I was afraid this machine would be a bad thing, shaking me around. Not so. It is better than sliced bread, lol. If you’re a senior like me and you’re debating if you should get it or not due to cost and wondering if it really works, let this review encourage you. Go for it. Worth every single cent. I feel so much better. This gets bonus stars if they had them.

I Would Have Never Believed It
A friend of mine got one of these for a gift and told me about it on the phone (we live several states away from each other). I remembered seeing some research on Whole Body Vibration (WBV) several years ago which looked intriguing, but frankly all of the units for sale at the time where priced way out of my comfort zone. My friend told me how effective this unit was and how good he felt. I have a lot of wear and tear on my body from a pretty active life, and typical resistance exercise (which I feel is very necessary for continued ability to move) has become more and more challenging since I have reached the magical Medicare age. I was a little skeptical, but the reviews were all very good, so I decided to pull the trigger on one and try it. Wow! What an amazing unit! Ten minutes on this unit literally replaces an hour of lifting weights! I have used it daily for approximately two weeks now, and the difference is incredible. I have a chronic bad back and wass normally an elbow-shaped creature when I got up in the morning. No more! My posture has improved and daily pain levels have dropped from a norm of 6 (on the doctor's office rating scale of 1-10) to about a 2! Resistance exercise has become much easier to do. The unit is very robust (I am 6'02" and weigh about 240 lbs). The price point is well within pretty much anyone's range. Way cheaper than a membership at a health club, and in my opinion (now that I have actually used it) is more effective. If you want something that can give your body much-needed exercise (without having to devote hours we don't all have available at it). The company has a fantastic website you can access with a lot of videos showing you the surprising number of things you can do with this. Their customer service is immediately responsive and helpful. This is definitely worth taking a look at for anyone interested in being proactive in the care and maintenance of their body. Personally, I treasure the ability to remain upright and keep a certain level of health. If you do to, take a look at this machine. You will not regret it!

Sore Muscles? Joint Pain? This might help!
These vibration plates started showing up in my feeds a few months ago. Nice new fad. And the jokes, well, on products like this, they just write themselves. Fast forward to a few weeks ago. In your 40s and beyond, sometimes pain shows up without a good reason. I don't know what I did to my knee, but let's just say I had moments where I couldn't really lift my foot off the floor. Walking like an old man. Rethinking the downstairs laundry. And my pain didn't budge. I ordered this unit because it appeared to be sturdy, had a reasonable set of features and it did not cost as much as some other brands. And I can still return if it does not work out. Setup was easy. Plug in + get the remote working takes about 60 seconds. Less if you don't read instructions. Works best on hard floor. I have it in the basement. The first time was a little weird. You see the platform moving and wonder if you're going to fall or hurt yourself. Just get on it. Turn it up to 10 or so before you do. After about 2 minutes I felt my muscles start to loosen up, especially in the bottom half. And when I stepped off the unit, my knee felt a lot better. I could lift my foot off the floor and make it back upstairs without pain. It doesn't last forever. I had a good 4 hours of relief and then I went to sleep. Next day, I had pain but not as much. A few minutes every day for week, and I am pain-free. It's helping sore muscles recover faster too. And my finicky wife has started using it for her muscle recovery too. If you knew her, you would know it took miracle for to even try the thing, but she's a fan now too. Good luck. Hope it helps.

This is one super sturdy and stable machine. Not tippy at all!! Highly recommend for anyone with balance issues. I have tried cheaper brands and cheaper vibration plates and they have been quite tippy. The lifepro Rumblex has been wonderful to use so far and I feel very relaxed after using it. I still have to learn all the features but so far so good. Great for recovery post workout, or circulation. Looks sharp too. Very happy with my purchase thus far and a lifetime warranty never hurts.

It’s a nice machine. Note that it operates at 110V so you need a sufficiently powerful converter.

One of the wheels arrived out of place. The device displays '88' on the screen when switched on. And none of the buttons work. So had to return due to faulty operation.
