I've tried many probiotics including the well-known number 1 company on Amazon. But these are my absolute favourite now. My body doesn't get too dependent on these ones. I can take 3 before sleep and everything works perfect. Can also skip a couple of days and still be ok. Fully recommend. They are pricey but I think the tablets are of excellent quality and I can tell they definitely do work.

I've given this 5 stars because I think it works for me and I'm really happy with the product. But I have no real way to prove that any of it is definitely the probiotic, so please just take this at face value. I am a bit prone to intermittent tummy issues - always have been - think feast and famine wrt the toilet and general gripes. I've taken these and other probiotics at flareups and long before the end of the bottle things have usually settled down and become quite a bit more regular. I don't take them all the time, but will order some if needed.

For those who don't know about this stuff, it is brilliant at balancing your gut . It kills dodgy bacteria and fungal infection without damaging the good bacteria! Take it with antibiotics to maintain gut biome. Take it for fungal candida infection. Excellent results.

Bought this on recommendation from a cat IBD site, for my elderly cat with IBS. Vet had tried EVERYTHING. Half a capsule a day on her food once a day has made MASSIVE difference. Brilliant product

Took these following a course of antibiotics. I didn't notice any difference even when tripling the dose over 3 weeks.
