Fabulous Product
I love this product. I like coarsely ground grits, and to make them, I bring a pot of water to boil and slowly add the cormeal. When it appears to be thickening up a bit, I very slowly add more until I get a grits consistency. Stir well, and let sit for a few minutes. Add butter and salt to taste. They are perfect every time, and you don't need to spend 45 minutes checking and stirring! I will buy this again and again. I am sorry I don't have exact measurements of grits to water because I make a different amount each time depending on how many servings I need.
