Where to find the remote control?

The remote control is attached to the unit on the right side. Being attached makes it less likely that one would misplace it. The remote and the unit's power cord come out of the crease between the seat and the back unit; the power cord can be detached but the remote remains attached at all times.

Is this the best Electric Massagers brand? The quality of how?

I think the design is good and feels great on the back and neck. The quality is suspect. I have a popping sound in the middle of the travel however. I have decided to see if I can get it repaired or replaced. I really do enjoy the product.

Is there a part number for the power cord?

I am sure there must be a part number but I don't know it. Best would be to call their number or go into their website. They were very prompt to reply me by email.

Isn't this supposed to massage the shoulders as well?

Yes the rollers start on lower back up to shoulders. There is another button you select for the neck and back of head. This system also heats. I love it!
