These are quite a rough grit but good. They are far too course for nails but my lady says they are perfect for heels.

Not course or fine. Perfect for a nail file. Doesn’t take a lot of the nail down but good for fine filing.

Too course for natural fingernails
I love sanding blocks for my fingernails, they work so much better than nail files. These are way too course for my fingernails (natural), will only use for toenails.
